2. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Metro Cities: Expect delivery within 3-5 days.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5-7 days due to logistical constraints.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. You’ll receive tracking updates to stay informed.
3. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹500 as part of our special launch offer.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 applies, depending on the product and location.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on most products with a nominal COD fee of ₹30 (waived for orders above ₹500).
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
For COD orders, processing begins once the order is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day easy return policy for defective or incorrect products.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the product is returned to our warehouse.
Note: Due to high return-to-origin (RTO) rates in drop-shipping, non-delivered orders (e.g., if the customer is unavailable) may incur a restocking fee.
