1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following reasons within 7 days from the date of delivery:
Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Incorrect Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Size or Fit Issues: For clothing or accessories, if the size doesn’t fit (subject to supplier terms).
Change of Mind: Returns for non-defective products may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to a restocking fe
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized products (e.g., personalized T-shirts, mugs) unless defective.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@zenal.shop or WhatsApp at 8487825207 with your order number and reason for return.
Provide photos or videos of the issue (e.g., defective or incorrect product) for faster processing.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse
3. Return Process
Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the shipping cost.
Pickup: For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a pickup through our logistics partners (e.g., ShipRocket, Delhivery) where available.
Note: Non-delivered orders (e.g., due to customer unavailability or incorrect address) may incur a restocking fee due to high return-to-origin (RTO) rates in drop-shippi
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, or bank account) or as store credit, depending on the case.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns or non-delivered orders, a restocking fee (up to ₹100) may apply to cover supplier and logistics cost
5. Important Notes
Inspection: All returned products are inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria (e.g., unused, in original condition).
RTO (Return to Origin): Due to the nature of drop-shipping, non-delivered orders (e.g., if the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery) may incur additional charges, as our suppliers (e.g., Roposo Clout) charge RTO fees.
Damaged Returns: If the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, the refund may be partially or fully denied.
Customized Products: Returns for customized items (e.g., from Blinkstore or Printrove) are subject to supplier policies and may not be eligible unless defecti
